Why is shipping 3 - 30 business Days? can I get a closer estimate?
Some products have different manufacturing locations. For example, original paintings and artwork are shipped by me from UK. But Clothing items and prints are shipped and handled by the manufactures located in U.S, U.K, Germany, Canada, etc. For closer estimates and details check the shipping chart under the title shipping details, seen above. No matter where you are located you have the opportunity to have some items shipped to you pronto! & You also receive tracking details with each order!
Why have I only received part of my order?
As mentioned above, due to different manufactures some items are shipped separately; So rest assured the rest of your order is on the way! Every Print Order is fulfilled by Printify, a very well established platform, all Details are Tracking provided.
Why do I only have 24 hours to cancel my order?
Original artwork purchases have 24-42 hrs before they are shipped. Clothing and prints, have 24 hours before they are sent to print and shipping. Hence the 24hr window.
However, after you receive your order, you can opt to return it. Check Return & Refund policy above, or at checkout.
